Neue Leitstrukturen für Antimalariawirkstoffe? 10-Alkylaminoartemisinin-Derivate (siehe Beispielstruktur) zeigen in vivo eine höhere Antimalaria-Aktivität als die Stammverbindung Artemisinin.
