Sponsored by the Canadian Academy of Sport Medicine, "the<i>Clinical Journal of Sport Medicine</i>is an international, refereed journal published for clinicians with a primary interest in sports medicine practice." The journal includes articles in "(1) diagnosis, treatment, and rehabilitation of sport- and exercise-related injuries; (2) medical illnesses induced by or exacerbated by exercise; (3) relationship between exercise and health, and the exercise prescription; and (4) the medical care of physically active individuals." While there are similarities with the<i>American Journal of Sports Medicine</i>, the<i>Clinical Journal of Sport Medicine</i>contains features that make it uniquely useful. As the title implies, articles are primarily of a clinical nature and appropriate for professionals in any discipline. Typically, they are short and easily read. Some of the articles, such as that on dealing with the asthmatic athlete, will have a practical use for team physicians and orthopedists alike. The journal has published
