Pd^II‐Catalyzed CH Olefination of <i>N</i>‐(2‐Pyridyl)sulfonyl Anilines and Arylalkylamines

Abstract

Flexibler Freund: Die N-(2-Pyridyl)sulfonyl-Funktion wirkt als entfernbare Steuergruppe in der PdII-katalysierten C-H-ortho-Alkenylierung von N-alkylierten Anilin-, Benzylamin- und Phenethylamin-Derivaten mit elektronenarmen Alkenen. Die Produkte werden vollständig regioselektiv in 70–90 % Ausbeute erhalten. Durch Entfernen der N-Sulfonyl-Gruppe unter milden Bedingungen gelingt der Aufbau zahlreicher Stickstoffheterocyclen.
