Tosylhydrazide‐Promoted Palladium‐Catalyzed Reaction of β‐Aminoketones with <i>o</i>‐Dihaloarenes: Combining Organocatalysis and Transition‐Metal Catalysis

Abstract

Hand in Hand: Mannich-Addukte, die in organokatalytischen Reaktionen erhalten wurden, können leicht durch eine Pd-katalysierte Umsetzung bestehend aus Tosylhydrazid(TsNHNH2)-vermittelter Kreuzkupplung und anschließender intramolekularer Aminierung in Phenanthridin- und Chinolinderivate umgewandelt werden (siehe Schema; MW=Mikrowellenstrahlung). Die in der organokatalytischen Reaktion erzielte Enantioselektivität bleibt über den Gesamtprozess erhalten.
