Mesoporous Platinum with Giant Mesocages Templated from Lyotropic Liquid Crystals Consisting of Diblock Copolymers

Abstract

Gigantische Metallkäfige: Mesoporöse Pt-Partikel mit dreidimensional verbundenen Mesokäfigen (siehe Bild) werden durch Elektroabscheidung mithilfe eines lyotropen Flüssigkristalltemplats bestehend aus Diblockcopolymeren erzeugt. Die Mesokäfige (Weite ca. 15 nm) sind die bislang größten, die in mesoporösen Metallen gebildet wurden. Die Methode kann auf andere Metalle und Mesostrukturen übertragen werden, und die Porengröße lässt sich über einen gewissen Bereich einstellen.
