Palladium‐Catalyzed Asymmetric Allylation of Prochiral Nucleophiles: Synthesis of 3‐Allyl‐3‐Aryl Oxindoles

Abstract

Hervorragende Ausbeuten und Enantioselektivitäten werden bei der Synthese von 3-Alkyl-3-aryloxindolen erreicht, die auf einer Pd-katalysierten, asymmetrischen allylischen Alkylierung (AAA) beruht (siehe Schema). Bei dieser Methode wird ein nichtbasisches Additiv mit einer Hydroxygruppe bei der Transformation von 3-Aryloxindolen in komplexe, präparativ nützliche Oxindole eingesetzt.
