Corrosion Resistance of Superhydrophobic Layered Double Hydroxide Films on Aluminum

Abstract

Filme eines Zn-Al-Hydroxids mit Schichtstruktur und intercaliertem Laurat (ZnAl-LDH-Laurat) sind durch Anionenaustausch mit ZnAl-LDH-Nitrat-Filmen auf einem porösen Substrat aus anodisiertem Aluminium zugänglich. Hierarchische Mikro- und Nanostrukturen (siehe SEM-Bild) machen die Filme superhydrophob und korrosionsbeständiger als anodisiertes Aluminium oder ZnAl-LDH-NO3−.
