Interfacial Behavior In article number 1900274, Min Yin, Dongdong Li, and co-workers report silicon heterojunction solar cells with full rear MoOX/metal contacts. Aluminum, silver, and copper are employed as back electrodes, respectively. The better back reflectivity and less parasitic absorption of silver promotes the photocurrent and device performance. The long-term stability is related to the interfacial diffusion and redox interaction.
