Abstract

Von Naturstoffen abgeschaut: Elektronenarme Oxadiene und Acetylencarboxylate reagieren in Gegenwart eines Organokatalysators effizient und stereoselektiv zu tricyclischen Benzopyronen nach natürlichem Vorbild (bis 99 % Ausbeute und 87 % ee; siehe Schema). Im Zuge dieser leicht ausführbaren asymmetrischen Anellierung werden die Acetylencarboxylate in Zwitterionen überführt.
