Abstract

Einflussreiche Gegenionen: Ausbeuten und Selektivitäten der Titelreaktion mit Benzoesäurederivaten wurden durch Zusatz von Tetraalkylammoniumsalzen verbessert (siehe Schema; 5:1–18:1 Selektivität für die Monosubstitution). Die Effekte werden dem Einfluss der Kationen zugeschrieben. Die halogenierten Produkte lassen sich in substituierte Arene umwandeln. DMF=N,N-Dimethylformamid.
