Abstract

Widerstand ist zwecklos: Ein Platin(IV)-Prodrug, das an ein Wirkstofftransportsystem auf der Basis von Goldnanostäbchen konjugiert ist, vermeidet die Art von Wirkstoffresistenz, die mit Cisplatin assoziiert ist (siehe Bild).
