Palladium‐Catalyzed Tandem Alkenyl and Aryl CN Bond Formation: A Cascade N‐Annulation Route to 1‐Functionalized Indoles

Abstract

In nur einer Stufe gewährt eine Tandemreaktion Zugang zu einer Vielfalt substituierter N-funktionalisierter Indole. Das Stickstoffatom des Indolrings wird durch Pd-katalysierte Bildung einer CAryl-N- und einer CAlkenyl-N-Bindung eingeführt (siehe Schema; dba=Dibenzylidenaceton); aliphatische und aromatische Amine, Amide, Carbamate und Sulfonamide reagieren effizient.
