Abstract A young man suffered from a tumor mass in the skull, which proved to be a rare case of primary osteogenic sarcoma. The histological findings obtained at autopsy showed metastatic lesions in the lungs, left diaphragm, and other areas. The diagnosis, treatment, and autopsy findings of this case are presented.
