Abstract

Borenium kann es auch direkt: Eine Bor-Variante der Friedel-Crafts-Reaktion verwendet einfach erhältliche Catecholatoborenium-Kationen, die genügend elektrophil sind, um Arene durch elektrophile aromatische Substitution zu borylieren. Die direkte Arenborylierung verläuft hoch regioselektiv mit verschiedensten Anilinen, N-Heterocyclen und Thiophenen.
