Abstract

Lichtsammeln mithilfe einer DNA-basierten Antenne: Das Licht wird durch π-gestapelte Phenanthreneinheiten absorbiert und effizient zu einem Phenanthren-Pyren-Exciplex transportiert. Das Gesamtsystem wird durch ein DNA-Gerüst strukturell organisiert. Bis zu acht Phenanthreneinheiten werden für das Lichtsammeln genutzt, und die Intensität der Exciplexemission ist proportional zur Zahl der lichtabsorbierenden Chromophore.
