Ein Fluor – oder lieber zwei? Eine hoch selektive Palladium(II)-katalysierte ortho-Monofluorierung gelingt erstmals mithilfe einer schwachen koordinativen Wechselwirkung (siehe Schema; Ar=2,3,5,6-Tetrafluor-4-(trifluormethyl)phenyl). Durch Modifizieren dieses Protokolls werden gezielt mono- und difluorierte Benzoesäurederivate erhalten, die in Hinblick auf Pharmaka und Agrochemikalien interessant sind.
