Abstract

Zweifach im Blickpunkt: Eine duale Goldnanopartikel(AuNP)-Sonde für die Computertomographie (CT) und optische Bildgebung wurde entwickelt. Ihre exzellenten Eigenschaften – Stabilität, Tumorerkennung, Röntgenabsorption und Matrixmetalloproteinase(MMP)-aktivierbare Fluoreszenzwiederherstellung – wurden durch Oberflächenmodifikation der AuNPs mit Glycolchitosan und MMP-Fluoreszenzsonden erreicht.
