Phosphorylation of <italic>N</italic>-acylamines, <italic>N</italic>-acylaminoesters, <italic>N</italic>-acylaminoalcohols and <italic>N</italic>-acylsulfonamides with trialkylphosphite was promoted under ultrasound irradiation using solvent and catalyst free conditions to afford amidophosponates with 75–90% yield in 5–15 min.
