An Expedient Strategy for the Synthesis of Tryptamines and Other Heterocycles

Abstract

Ein Ausgangsstoff – viele Produkte: N-Boc-geschützte Anilinderivate werden durch eine ausgeklügelte Reaktionsfolge in unterschiedliche N-Heterocyclen und Tryptamine umgewandelt. Die Synthesesequenz umfasst eine ortho-Metallierung und eine anschließende Kupplung mit N-Boc-Pyrrolidin-3-on (siehe Schema).
