A Palladium‐Catalyzed Aminoalkynylation Strategy towards Bicyclic Heterocycles: Synthesis of (±)‐Trachelanthamidine

Abstract

Doppelt cyclisiert: Zur Synthese von Pyrrolizidinen und Indolizidinen wurden Olefine einer intramolekularen palladiumkatalysierten Aminoalkinylierung mit dem hypervalenten Iodreagens TIPS-EBX unterworfen. Nach der Abspaltung der Schutzgruppe führte eine zweistufige Cyclisierungssequenz mit anschließender Reduktion zum Naturstoff (±)-Trachelanthamidin (siehe Schema; TIPS-EBX=(Triisopropylsilylethinyl)benziodoxolon).
