Privilegien ausnutzen: Eine Iridoid-inspirierte Verbindungsbibliothek wurde durch Racematspaltung von cyclischen Enonen in einer asymmetrischen Cycloaddition mit Azomethin-Yliden synthetisiert. Die Bibliothek enthält neuartige potente Inhibitoren der Wnt- und Hedgehog-Signalwege.
