Alles unter Kontrolle: Eine regio- und stereoselektive Kreuzkupplung zwischen inneren Alkinen und Iminen macht Allylamine und γ-Lactame selektiv zugänglich (siehe Schema). Dieser intermolekulare [2+2+1]-Prozess lässt sich als alkoxidgesteuerte Aza-Pauson-Khand-Anellierung beschreiben. Das Alkin kann eine Vielzahl an Substituenten R3 tragen.
