Our method has outstanding performance and advantages in predicting the efficacy of neoadjuvant chemoradiotherapy for rectal cancer. <b><i>Clinical and Translational Impact Statement</i></b> -This study aims to predict the efficacy of neoadjuvant chemoradiotherapy for rectal cancer to assist clinicians quickly diagnose and formulate personalized treatment plans for patients.
