Environmental interventions to reduce the consumption of sugar-sweetened beverages and their effects on health

Abstract

This is a protocol for a Cochrane Review (Intervention). The objectives are as follows: To assess the effects of environmental interventions (excluding taxation) targeted at sugar‐sweetened beverages or low‐calorie alternatives to sugar‐sweetened beverages on consumption levels, diet‐related anthropometric measures and health outcomes, and on any reported unintended consequences or adverse outcomes.
