Abstract

Peripheral blood of IgAN patients is enriched with migratory <i>λ</i><sup>+</sup> mb-Gd-IgA1<sup>+</sup> B cells, with the potential to home to mucosal sites where Gd-IgA1 could be produced during local respiratory or digestive tract infections.
