Abstract

Peripheral blood of IgAN patients is enriched with migratory <i>λ</i>⁺ mb-Gd-IgA1⁺ B cells, with the potential to home to mucosal sites where Gd-IgA1 could be produced during local respiratory or digestive tract infections.
