Our data support a role for LAIR2 in lung adenocarcinoma tumorigenesis and identify a CD4<sup>+</sup> LAIR2<sup>+</sup> T<sub>reg</sub> gene signature in lung adenocarcinoma prognosis. LAIR2 provides a novel target for development of immunotherapies.
