Corporate social responsibility actions in agribusiness: Towards sustainable community development

Abstract

The objective of the research is to determine the actions of corporate social responsibility that take advantage of sustainable community development. The methodology used was descriptive with a mixed approach and a non-experimental cross-sectional design. It was carried out with the participation of the workers of the Agroindustrial Paramonga [AIPSA] company. As a result, it was determined that the company carries out social responsibility actions in the social, health and environmental spheres in favor of the community and its workers. Finally, it was found that the activities carried out by the company in 2021 have generated sustainability in the lives of workers and residents of the city of Paramonga.
