IONM is considered the standard of care in many complex intracranial, spinal, and vascular surgeries. In our study, the perception of neurologists regarding IONM was promising, and the readiness of secondary and tertiary care centers to implement IONM was encouraging. Education, training, implementation, and regulations regarding IONM should be mandatory to prevent operative complications.
