Abstract

In some patients PsA can occur only with peripheral enthesitis, particularly Achilles tendinitis, and/or dactylitis. These patients may represent a subset of PsA, not defined by Moll and Wright and spondyloarthritis classification criteria, and poorly recognized in the studies on PsA.
