Breath-hold VMAT radiotherapy provides superior target coverage and conformality over MRgRT_BH, but the ability of MRgRT_BH to safely provide ablative doses to adrenal lesions near mobile luminal OAR through adaptation and direct, real-time motion tracking is unmatched.
