Modified code and Parfile relating to arXiv 2108.08649

Abstract

Code used in modified versions of GRHydro and EoS_Omni, and parfile used to to facilitate running of simulation presented in arXiv 2108.08649. Modifications are discussed in the above paper. The original versions of GRHydro and EoS_Omni are part of the Einstein Toolkit (website: https://einsteintoolkit.org/index.html).
