Abstract

Our study confirmed that Aln-MOF has good stability, bone targeting and biosafety. Aln-MOF_DOX could release DOX and effectively kill tumor cells of bone metastases. Aln-MOF_DOX has a promising prospect in the treatment of bone metastasis.
