Diketopyrrolopyrrole-based conjugated polymers synthesized by direct arylation polycondensation for anisole-processed high mobility organic thin-film transistors

Abstract

DPP-based conjugated polymers were synthesized via environmentally benign direct arylation polycondensation. With these polymers, OTFTs with μ e values of up to 2.79 cm 2 V −1 s −1 were fabricated using a green solvent anisole.
