Abstract

1. In cervical cancer, the expression of Foxp3 and VISTA was significantly higher than that of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia and chronic cervicitis, which suggested that they were closely related to the occurrence and growth of cervical cancer. 2. The expression of Foxp3 and VISTA was significantly related. 3. The positive expression of Foxp3 and VISTA could be used as independent prognostic factors for cervical cancer prognosis providing a strong basis for cervical cancer immunotherapy.
