Global burden of lung cancer attributable to ambient fine particulate matter pollution in 204 countries and territories, 1990–2019

Abstract

The number of ambient PM_2.5-related lung cancer deaths and DALYs has largely increased because of the increase of exposure to PM_2.5, population growth, and aging. Local governments should do economic activities under the consideration of public health, especially in high-burden areas.
