Native Hawaiian persons are indigenous Hawaiians with ancestry to the original inhabitants of these islands. A majority of Pacific Islander persons in Hawaii are Samoan, Tongan, Chamorro or Guamanian, Chuukese, Palauan, and Marshallese persons.
