Abstract

CPA should be considered a relatively frequent differential diagnosis in patients with possible or proven TB in Indonesia. Lack of awareness and limited access to <i>Aspergillus</i>-specific IgG tests and CT imaging are obstacles in establishing a CPA diagnosis.
