Impact of Preoperative Immunonutrition on the Outcomes of Colon Cancer Surgery

Abstract

Preoperative immunonutrition was not associated with infectious complications in patients undergoing colon cancer surgery. Routine administration of immunonutrition before colon cancer surgery cannot be justified.
