Abstract

Course Goals and Overview: The primary purpose of this course is to review the prevalent concepts, theories, and research in the field of Social Psychology.Additionally, I hope that we will be able to apply these concepts, theories, etc. to our understanding of clinical psychology (as well as our personal social interactions).I also hope that we continue to develop our abilities to evaluate concepts, theories, and empirical work in a critical manner.The competency areas addressed in this course are Relationship, Research/Evaluation and Basic Sciences, and Diversity.
