Clinicopathological features of patients with transformation from EGFR mutant lung adenocarcinoma to small cell lung cancer

Abstract

Lung adenocarcinomas, once transformed to SCLC, progress rapidly and lead to poorer prognosis. After transformation, most of the patients maintain the original <i>EGFR</i> mutation types.
