Chest X-ray Score and Frailty as Predictors of In-Hospital Mortality in Older Adults with COVID-19

Year
CXR score, CFS, and presence of fever were the main predictors of in-hospital mortality in our cohort of hospitalized older patients with COVID-19. Adding frailty and presence of fever to the CXR score statistically improved predictive accuracy compared to single risk factors.
