Rationally segmented triboelectric nanogenerator with a constant direct-current output and low crest factor

Abstract

A multi-phase TENG (MP-TENG) was constructed only through a simple method involving electrode misalignment and circuit connection to generate a constant direct-current output with an ultra-low crest factor (1.05), which has widespread application prospects in the field of energy harvesting.
