Establishment of the rational economic and analytical basis for projects in different sectors for their integration into the targeted diversified program for sustainable energy development

Abstract

The article presents mathematic algorithms allowing to do comprehensive ranging of investment projects by various parameters, as well as prepare the long-term investment strategy for their implementation. In addition, the article provides the description of algorithms used for calculations formation applied to assess the financial, economic, social, and environmental effects of certain investment projects implementation.
