Lag of accommodation predicts clinically significant change of spherical equivalents after cycloplegia

Abstract

After cycloplegia with cyclopentolate, the ΔSE decreases with larger LOA, longer axial length and older age. Specifically, LOA plays a more vital role in predicting clinically significant ΔSE.
