Abstract

The future-focused digital marketing was introduced as a
\nnew module in the MBM Digital Marketing Strategy course
\nemphasizing the role of cutting-edge technologies for
\ncustomer engagement and business growth. The modular
\ncontent and activities are structured around the metaverse
\nand AI-empowered data analysis, content creation, and
\ncustomer engagement. Such an approach helped illustrate
\nthe trends in digital marketing and the role of forward--
\nthinking professionals in the ever-changing field of digital
\nmarketing
