Modified K‐line for Making Decisions Regarding the Surgical Approach in Patients with K‐line (‐) OPLL

Abstract

Modified K-line may predict the clinical outcome of this modified laminoplasty and offer guidance regarding the choice of surgical method for K-line (-) patients with OPLL. Additionally, C₃ laminectomy with C₄ -C₆ bilateral open-door laminoplasty should be recommended for the use in patients with K-line (-) OPLL, who were also classified as modified K-line (+). However, further studies with more cases will be required to reveal its generalizability and availability.
