In order to observe the correlation between lower limb rehabilitation robot and isokinetic muscle strength training after stroke on their lower limb motor function. We collected 90 stroke patients treated in our rehabilitation center from April 2018 to may 2020 and divided them into three groups by sampling method. Group A was assisted by lower limb rehabilitation robot training, group B was given isokinetic muscle strength training, and group C was assisted by lower limb rehabilitation robot coordinated isokinetic muscle strength training. Finally, we obtained the following results: compared with before intervention, FMA, Holden walking function classification, BBS and peak torque of three groups were significantly improved after 6 weeks of intervention (P <; 0.05), and BBS score and angular velocity (60, 120, 180 ° / s) of extensor and knee flexor in group C were significantly increased compared with group A and group B (P <; 0.05), and there was no significant difference between group A and group B (P > 0.05). In this paper, the effect of lower limb rehabilitation robot combined with isokinetic muscle strength training after stroke is ideal, which can effectively improve the motor function of lower limbs, and also promote the improvement of muscle strength, balance and walking ability, which is worthy of reference.
