<p>The main finding of our study is that, during COVID-19 outbreak and associated lockdown, in spite of inability to access healthcare services, HBP was either similar or lower than during both pre-lockdown and a reference period selected over the corresponding time window the year before, these differences being most evident in those with uncontrolled BP.</p>
