Abstract

Our study provides proof of concept, as well as mechanistic insights of the therapeutic efficacy of a bispecific FAP-CD40 combined with local radiotherapy in a FAP<sup>+</sup>-HNSCC model increasing overall survival and inducing long-term antitumor immunity.
