Abstract

α-Synuclein and clusterin in L1CAM-immunocaptured serum exosomes is a validated blood test for the molecular stratification of neuronal α-synucleinopathy (ie, Lewy body pathology) versus phenotypically related neurodegenerative movement disorders. © 2021 The Authors.
